Estate Planning

We help individuals and families develop and implement estate plans that provide for the tax-efficient distribution of assets, preservation of assets for beneficiaries, and the designation of guardians for minor children.  We also plan for our client's incapacity by designating others to manage their financial affairs and make healthcare decisions for them if they are unable, thereby avoiding the cost and inconvenience of guardianship.

Our estate plans typically include the preparation of one or more of the following documents:
  • Last Will and Testament
  • Durable Power of Attorney
  • Advance Health Care Directive
  • Trusts - Living Trusts, Dynasty Trusts, Irrevocable Life Insurance Trusts, and Annual Exclusion Trusts, to name a few.
  • Beneficiary Designations
  • Pre and Post Marital Agreements
  • Deeds to change real estate ownership
  • Asset protection strategies
